Services are customized to the client's needs and delivered as per mutually agreed project plans and timelines.
2. Client Responsibilities

Access and Information: Clients must provide accurate and necessary information, access to accounts, and platforms to enable service execution.

Timely Communication: Clients are required to respond promptly to requests for approvals or feedback.

Payment Obligations: Clients agree to adhere to the payment terms outlined in their specific contract or service agreement.
3. Payment and Fees

All information shared with Lad Nebula will be handled with strict confidentiality, except as required by law or with explicit client consent.

The company will not disclose client strategies, data, or project details to third parties.
5. Intellectual Property

Content, materials, and strategies developed by Lad Nebula during the project will remain the property of Lad Nebula until full payment is made.

After payment, ownership rights transfer to the client, except for proprietary tools and methodologies used by Lad Nebula.
7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice as specified in the contract (e.g., 30 days' notice).

Upon termination, Lad Nebula will deliver any incomplete work and provide a summary of completed services.

Refunds for prepaid services will depend on the contract terms and progress made on the project.
8. Limitations of Liability

Lad Nebula will not be held liable for:

Third-party service failures (e.g., social media platforms, hosting providers).

Client’s failure to implement recommendations or strategies.

Losses arising from unforeseeable events or force majeure.

Any claims against Lad Nebula will be limited to the fees paid for the affected service.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Lad Nebula operates.

Disputes will be resolved amicably through negotiation, and if unresolved, through mediation or arbitration.
10. Amendments and Updates

Lad Nebula reserves the right to update its terms and conditions. Clients will be notified of any changes at least 30 days before they take effect.
